Terms of Service
By using the CompliAI SSSP Builder at compliai.co.nz ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What the service is
CompliAI is a tool that helps you draft a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP), including a hazard register, a Safe Work Method Statement, PPE requirements and a sign-off sheet. It speeds up writing these documents. It is a drafting aid only.
Your responsibility for safety
CompliAI produces a starting draft generated from the information you provide. It is not safety advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 or any other law, standard, or contractual requirement.
You must review every part of any plan you create, check it against the actual conditions of your site, gear and crew, add anything that is missing, and brief your team before work starts. You remain fully responsible for health and safety on your site and for the final content of any plan you use or rely on.
The AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect for your specific situation. Do not rely on them without your own review by a competent person.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Where you use the service for business purposes, you agree the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the extent it can be contracted out of.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or cost arising from your use of the service or from any plan created with it, including any incident on a worksite. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for genuine safety-planning purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse it.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
