This policy explains how CompliAI ("we", "us") handles information when you use the CompliAI SSSP Builder at compliai.co.nz. We keep things deliberately minimal.

What we collect

The plans you build are created and stored in your own browser. We do not save your safety plans, company details, or site information on our servers.

When you use the AI drafting feature, the job description you submit is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) so it can generate hazard and method suggestions, and the suggestions are returned to your browser. We do not retain that text after the request is processed.

If we add optional features in future — such as saving your details to an account, or signing up for updates — we will only collect the information needed for those features, and we will update this policy first.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages are used, in aggregate. This does not identify you personally.

Who we share information with

We use third parties only to run the service: our hosting provider (which serves the website) and our AI provider (Anthropic, which generates the drafting suggestions). We do not sell your information.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have rights to access and correct personal information we hold about you. Because we hold very little, the fastest path is usually to clear your browser data. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
